Raised in Yorkshire, Freedom Hills Wagyu delivers an amazing umami experience. Animals are fed for 14 months on grass, then moved to a feedlot to be fed on grain for 7 months. They are finished on a mix of olive and grain for 4 months. An exceptional English farmed product.
