Our Story

At Porterhouse, we believe that exceptional flavour starts long before the kitchen. It starts in the rolling hills of Hampshire, where our cattle graze on nutrient-rich pasture. We work exclusively with select farms within a 30-mile radius of Winchester.

Every cut is 28-day dry-aged for maximum tenderness and flavour, then seared to perfection over intense heat by our master chefs. Paired with curated wines and served in an atmosphere of understated elegance.
